All customized items (including t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel with personalized names, designs, or logos) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless:
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• There was an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, incorrect design).
Can you create a design for me if I don't have one?
Yes! If you don't have a design, our team can help bring your idea to life. Just email us your concept, and we'll discuss design options, pricing, and approval before printing.
How do I place an order for a custom t-shirt or hoodie with my own design?
To place a custom order, please send us an email at altees2020@gmail.com with your design. Please attach a PNG format with transparent background. Please include the product type, size, color preference, and quantity.

Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?
Absolutely! We take pride in providing premium quality products and understand this can get pricey. Please contact us for more details on orders of 5 items or more of the same design.
